Following on from two previous posts about Australians taking their form of justice into their own hands (part 1, 2) - they’ve been tried and convicted of manslaughter for killing a drunk African in retribution from a previous attack against the two Australians which police did nothing about.

Rintoull (24) the instigator will be gaoled for 16 years and his accomplice and flat-mate, Sabatino (21), will be put in for 6 years though despite the fact that “Fuck da niggas” was spray-painted on a wall by Rintoull and he told a neighbour that “These blacks are turning the town into the Bronx. I am looking to take my town back. I’m going to kill the blacks.”, the judge decided that the attack was not racially-motivated which significantly shortened their sentences. The two convicted will not have photographs of them released in order to protect their identities in gaol from the disparately-represented Africans.

An African living in Melbourne has wilfully infected a woman with HIV. Wepukhulu Zebtek (44) from Uganda knew he had the virus but neglected to inform his victim of it as well as neglecting to use sexual protection. His excuse in failing to inform her was that he thought she’d refuse him so he gave her the virus instead. He’s plead guilty and will be eligible for parole in two years and 3 months while his victim will be with the virus for the reduced length of her life.

Following-on from the article about the Australians that ended a sudanese free-ride in Australia, more details have surfaced about the “victim” and those that confronted him: Before the attack, the instigating Australian was chased by a  gang of sudanese and when he rang the police to find out what they’d do about the african gangs, he recieved a typically politically-correct response (nothing will be done because “dat’s racest!“). The African that died was a convicted assaulter and the papers reported that it got back to him and he paid for it. Some Australians call the Australians on trial “public servants” for their heroic actions and that they should be paid to continue cleaning the streets up.

Liep Gony, a sudanese, came to Australia in 1999 looking to prosper but in 2007 his stay was terminated by Australians in Victoria fed up with what was happening to the area as is happening to Sydney and Perth. “These blacks are turning this town into the Bronx. I am going to take my own town back, I am going to kill all the blacks.“, said one. Gony’s life-support system was turned off after the incident and the Australians are now being tried for murder.

Africans in Australia are notorious for their petty and violent crimes stemming from the unrest in the countries they emigrate from and their adopted culture of crime from Africans in the USA. South African teacher of Zulu and Anglo Saxon ethnicity, Fiona Dickie, is in the process of suing the Victorian Education Dept. and assistant principal, Fran Van Lambaart, for “an alleged campaign of racism and harassment”.
Van Lambaart, the focus of  Dickie’s un-warranted aggression, has had to defend herself against the following harmless, mis-interpreted comment:

“You look lovely today, you remind me of that Negro Australian singer Marcia Hines.”

In an ironic response to Dickie’s account of a dark-coloured student calling his classmate “nigger”, Van Lambaart replied “has he looked in the mirror?“.

In reality it appears that Van Lambaart has made no racial slur at all. Instead she’s engaged the scathing Dickie in a congenial and polite manner which seems completely undeserved.

A young student at Dickie’s school is also reported to have called her a “stupid, black bitch”. It seems as though this child has the correct end of the stick concerning Dickie’s true character.

In reaction to impending deportation last Tuesday, a Villawood detainee climbed a boundary fence, claiming he would hang himself rather than return to Nigeria if police were to force him down.

Refugee Action Coalition spokesman, Mr Rintoul, revealed ” … his life is in danger if he is deported to Nigeria … he would rather die in Australia.”.

The detainee had planned to wed his Australian girlfriend before applying for a marital visa.

Details of what this fence-climber has done to land himself in mortal danger in Nigeria have not been released.

Rudd’s seen fit to further weaken Australia’s immigration policies by allowing illegal immigrants to roam freely with no threat of imprisonment or deportation. If an officer happens upon them, they are not allowed to arrest the alien unless they are convicted violent criminals or’ve been instructed to leave previously. Until last week, they’d've been arrested immediately and deported whereas now “We basically have to invite them into the office for a coffee. They can get a couple of weeks or six months, whatever it takes to get them home without detaining them.” an immigration officer said. With the closing of off-shore processing centres Nauru and Manus Island, there’s now no real threat to border-jumpers under Rudd’s plan but he isn’t worried with over 10% of these squatters being Chinese. The effects of rampant immigration are being noticed specifically in Brisbane where african and oriental taxi drivers are being allowed behind the wheel too early, even weeks after arrival. Last week, in Melbourne,  at 09:30 on tuesday, a tribe of Africans was captured on video (at the end of this post), attacking  Australians. Police are looking for witnesses. Africans are making a larger and larger black mark on Australia as this follows on from the video at the train station (at the botom) in Melbourne earlier in the year. “This kind of behaviour is not acceptable…on our city’s streets…or anywhere”, Premier Brumby said - not acceptable in Australia at least, though it is in Africa.
