Two seven-month-old babies, Lachlan and Sophie, have been killed in Perth by their Thai mother, a Rita Ariyaratnam. The father of the children, the Sri Lankan Selvin Ariyaratnam, found the dead children when he returned from work on Monday afternoon and called the ambulance. Rita was unconscious on the floor from an apparent drug overdose, potentially the prescribed medication that she was taking for post-natal depression.

The possibly-paki Justin Kallu (recipient of bullets to the leg in Kings Cross) has complained about the popular Clare Werbeloff’s account (reported here, earlier) of his attack. The thug contacted News.com.au, presumably looking for money (but certainly recieving publicity) and said “Im (sic) just abit (sic) upset about the fact that ive (sic) been shot and that i almost lost my life and theres (sic) this girl all over the news getting popular all because she has no brains.“. According to Justin, Clare’s no brains for telling the police what happened but she’s relatively eloquent.

Angry Asians are going at it all over the world after the admission of defeat by the Sri Lankin Tamil Tigers after 37 years of fighting for their own ethnic country. Strongest in the ethnic west of Sydney, there was a more than 100-strong fight at a shopping centre carpark in Wentworthville at 16:30. People were arrested and a police officer was punched. Another related assault happened after one man took a Tamil flag from a car and snapped its pole. Two car-loads of men then attacked the flag-snapper, landing him at Westmead Hospital with wounds on limbs and above his right eye.

Hours after the large-scale fight, a home was invaded by at least five people and the two sleeping occupants, Sri Lankin students, were attacked. They both had acid thrown in their faces and one of them was stabbed in the abdomen. One of them will be under-going  surgery at Westmead Hospital while the other is in an induced coma at Concord Hospital. Furniture and windows were smashed in the house and blood was on the front pavement.
