Following on from two previous posts about Australians taking their form of justice into their own hands (part 1, 2) - they’ve been tried and convicted of manslaughter for killing a drunk African in retribution from a previous attack against the two Australians which police did nothing about.
“I bashed a nigger and I think he’s dead”
Rintoull (24) the instigator will be gaoled for 16 years and his accomplice and flat-mate, Sabatino (21), will be put in for 6 years though despite the fact that “Fuck da niggas” was spray-painted on a wall by Rintoull and he told a neighbour that “These blacks are turning the town into the Bronx. I am looking to take my town back. I’m going to kill the blacks.”, the judge decided that the attack was not racially-motivated which significantly shortened their sentences. The two convicted will not have photographs of them released in order to protect their identities in gaol from the disparately-represented Africans.
AusAwake has uncovered his Bebo profile where the innocent boy that would have “offered no resistance” dubs himself “thug” “master-liep”. Fellow crooks offer their condolences in varying degrees of ebonics:

Two updates to previously-posted articles, both strikingly recent:
As posted on the 8th, a Thai mother – Rita Ariyaratnam – killed her two babies and attempted to kill herself but survived her own over-dose. Today she was charged with the murders at a bed-side hearing where she’d recently come off of life-support. The Sunday Times
The cocaine post from just yesterday has been blown out of the picture by news that surfaced today about some Mexicans who imported 144kg of the same white gold with a value of over $30MM. The drugs arrived at an Artarmon address on the 28th of January and then moved to Castle Hill on the 6th of this month, being tracked by the Federal Police since entering the country. Three men were arrested on the 8th. The North Shore Times
Two seven-month-old babies, Lachlan and Sophie, have been killed in Perth by their Thai mother, a Rita Ariyaratnam. The father of the children, the Sri Lankan Selvin Ariyaratnam, found the dead children when he returned from work on Monday afternoon and called the ambulance. Rita was unconscious on the floor from an apparent drug overdose, potentially the prescribed medication that she was taking for post-natal depression.

Tania Winifred Clark (in-set), formerly of New Zealand, presently of the Gold Coast, is being charged for a baffling crime committed in February of 2008. It was rushing on it’s way to meet with its Centrelink parole officer while “drugged to the eyeballs” and was over-taking another vehicle and thought it was wise to use the footpath for 30 metres as an extension of the road. Clark hit two teen-aged boys that were walking home, on the footpath, from the shops on Kumbari avenue, Labrador. Jye Strong (16) died instantly and Nathan Sprecak (15) died three days later in hospital. Clark was affected by alcohol, marijuana and at least six forms of prescription medicine but was later adamant that it was the boys’ fault. The judge branded her as a “pharmacological nightmare” and he continued; “You brought their lives to an end but on the day you blamed them” and as such, she’s been sentenced to 10 years in gaol and banned from ever obtaining a driver’s licence.

Aaron Rolls (40) and his mistress, Mirvat Sleiman (30, pictured), are to be charged with conspiracy to murder, having plans to murder Aaron’s wife. The two had planned for Aaron to take his partner of 17 years to the beach under the pretense of a romantic walk but then take her into the water and hold her under until death. “It’s the best way as there’s no evidence in the water … accidental drowning. When it all dies down, we’ll meet in Sydney.” was gleaned from a telephone tap. Rolls even tested how long the route from the beach would take so that he knew when to report the death, with his wife’s car and belongings still at the beach.
The couple’s relationship started to break in 2007 and Aaron admitted to cheating on his partner. “I totally became lost and confused and embarrassed to face society after he admitted the cheating, I just thought my life was a joke.” she said. The telephone tap that alerted police was from a public phone booth on the Gold Coast which had supposedly been tapped for an entirely different purpose but a case was opened after hearing the conversations.
Aaron has been taken to Melbourne to face the court. His wife gave evidence including the fact that Aaron was the sole beneficiary of a one million dollar life insurance plan.

Serbian, drug-dealing, murderer Dusan Maric who was covered earlier has just been charged for killing his fellow slav and drug-boss by shooting him twice with a rifle after alleged threats against the convicted’s family. He was given seven and a half years for the murder, a reduction from a typical term because “The offender was weeping almost uncontrollably at one stage in a way that was in my opinion responsive to what was occurring and undoubtedly genuine“, said the judge.

The recent shooting and killing of Leb crime boss Abdul Darwiche (pictured) in Bass Hill on the 14th is, according to NSW assistant Police Commissionaer Clive Small, expected to bring about reprisals from other lebanese gang families. “If that gang wishes to remain a force in crime or in the drug trade, it will have to retaliate to show it’s still in charge” he said which sounds like good advice. If they can thin their numbers off of the streets internally, the less Australians have to pay to get them sorted out via reluctant, politically-sensitive police.
Last night, Abdul’s brother Michael was arrested in Punchbowl for possessing a non-registered handgun. Another of Abdul’s brothers - Adnan “Eddie” - was gaoled in 2006 for the murder of two Lebs in 2003; Ziad Razzak and Mervat Nemra (a mother) of the Razzak family gang. Hopefully there are enough of these people out of gaol to take revenge upon.

Lateline’s video report:
The presumably Serbian or Croatian Dusan Maric plead not guilty of murdering Zoran Vujinovic in Dural in 2007. Dusan killed Zoran - his boss in a marijuana operation - after Zoran allegedly threatened Dusan’s family when Dusan requested exit from the drug ring. Dusan killed Zoran by shooting him in the forehead and then back of the head with a rifle after which he went out to a pub with some comrades for a pre-arranged drink before turning himself in at Fairfield police station. Dusan, the murderous drug-dealer shall now be charged with manslaughter instead.
